it was a perfect 10/10 stay for one night. all the staffs were helpful and attentive. location: the hotel was short walk to the ocean and the beaches and restaurants. it also was in the beachfront. loved the a la carte restaurant, where i had dinner.

The resort is beautifully located by the ocean, with a stunning beachfront where guests can relax in the loungers, cabanas, and hammocks. The ocean is easily accessible without fear of getting slammed against the "stone henge" type looking things that are in the water to preserve the beach. The Isla restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience, and the staff in the Santa Fey Restaurant are polite and courteous. The resort has exceptional cleanliness standards, and there are plenty of facilities to enjoy, such as the pools and the "fuentes" dinner/show.

Some of the staff in the Isla restaurant were abrupt and borderline rude.

The food at La Isla restaurant was amazing, especially for breakfast. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel had plenty of clean pools with sun loungers and Cabana style beds. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing great service.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms were impeccably clean. The pools were also well-maintained with plenty of sun loungers and cabana-style beds, making it easy to find a nice spot to relax. The staff were friendly and provided great service, making our stay enjoyable.

The pillows and construction noise on Christmas day were a bit uncomfortable. The lack of information in the room regarding events and room service was frustrating, and the television channels were not easy to navigate.
